**Hivemind "Stake Request Failed" Troubleshooting:**

* Make sure you have SOL in your wallet to cover the transaction fees. A minimum of 0.1 SOL is a good amount.
* Make sure your asset (if an Egg) isn't still in incubation. Incubation ended in late 2022 so there is no need to continue incubating your Eggs. You can release your eggs from incubation using <https://stake.cardinal.so/honeyland>.&#x20;
* Make sure your asset isn't listed on one of the marketplaces.
* Clear browser cache and cookies.

**Step 1:** Go to the website or application where you want to connect to your Phantom Wallet. Click on “Connect with Phantom”.  This will take you to the Phantom Wallet login page.

**Step 3:** Open the Phantom app and click on “Create a New Wallet” to start the setup process.

**Step 5:**  Write down your recovery phrase and keep it in a private and safe place. This is important because it is the ONLY WAY to recover your wallet if you forget your password or lose your phone. **There’s no other backup.**

The recovery phrase is a series of 12 words that will be displayed on your screen. Write them down, in order, and keep them safe.&#x20;

**IMPORTANT: NEVER share your recovery phrase. Anyone claiming to need your phrase is trying to scam you.**&#x20;

**Trouble Playing Honeyland using my Phantom Wallet**

**Currently, Phantom isn't optimized for Honeyland. We suggest using Solflare instead.**&#x20;

**If you want to stay with Phantom when playing Honeyland, the following may help:**

**Step 1:** Close all apps on your phone.

**Step 2:** Reset your wifi connection by reseting the Network Settings on your phone - Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. The exact process may vary depending on the model of your phone.

**Step 3:** Reboot your phone.

**Step 4:** Log back into your Wi-Fi network.

**Step 5:** Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This may help to clear any errors that may be causing the issue.

**Step 6:** Open your Phantom app and revoke Honeyland from your list of trusted apps. This will remove the permissions granted to Honeyland and may help to resolve any conflicts.

**Step 7:** Log into the game using your Phantom Wallet.

By following these steps, you may be able to rectify the issue and access the game with your Phantom Wallet. If the issue still persists, please follow the additional steps below:

**Step 1:** Delete the Honeyland Game.

**Step 2:** Revoke Honeyland permissions in Phantom.

**Step 3:** Visit the [Honeyland website](https://honey.land/) to download the game.

**Step 4:** Install the game.

**Step 5:** Login to the game using your Google ID. You may have to wait until the "retry" message appears to try the login again.

**Step 6:** Click the button located in the upper left corner to skip the tutorial.

**Step 7:** Log out from your Google account completely.

**Step 8:** Open your Phantom wallet. Ensure that your Phantom wallet is on the correct wallet and not on Devnet.

You will need to export your private key from the Google wallet and import your private key to your Phantom wallet.

That notice comes with all NFT staking transactions. When you stake your NFT, the staking contract needs permission to “move” your asset. That’s why your wallet shows this warning. It doesn’t mean the NFT is leaving your wallet forever, it just means the staking program can lock it while it’s staked and release it back to you when you unstake.new

**5. Clear cache and data**

* Go to Settings > Apps & notifications.
* See all apps, then select the game app.
* Tap "Storage & cache" and then "Clear storage" or "Clear cache.

**6. Force close unnecessary background apps using the same steps as above.**

**7. Make sure that you have the latest software version of your device's operating system.**

To check if there is a system update available:

* Open your device's Settings app.
* Go to "System" > "Advanced" (or "About Phone") > "System update"

**If the issue persists, uninstall/re-install the app.**

**Steps to uninstall / re-install:**

* Go to "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage Applications"
* Select the app and tap "Uninstall"
* Go to the Google Play Store to find and re-install the app.
* Open the app.
* Sign back into your game by using the same sign-in method and account as before.

Note: You won't be charged again for previously purchased apps if you are using the same Google Play account.\ <br>

**If you are playing on multiple devices:**

* Make sure that the game app is always updated to the latest version on all devices.
* Ensure that the Date & Time settings on all devices are correct. We recommend using the "Automatic" option in your device settings.
* Make sure that the game is connected through the same account and sign-in method on all devices.
* Please be aware that the use of multiple devices may not be fully supported by all game
